ZHIVA, a Serbian singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist based in Belgrade, is revitalizing the local music scene. Her debut album "Preterujem," released in November 2023, is an introspective mix of alt-pop, jazz, hip hop, drum & bass, and reggae. Dedicated to mental health, the album shares her life experiences and aims to heal. In 2024, ZHIVA was named Best New Artist by the Regional Association of Independent Discographers Balkan and featured on IMPALA's list of 100 artists to watch for 2024 in cooperation with YouTube.
